Hi, I'm James.  I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years since moving to New Zealand from the UK.  I currently workout out of AUT Millennium Gym on the North Shore in Auckland. 

I have always been interested in sport and fitness and, having played a wide range of sports as a child, it therefore led me down the path of using fitness as a career. I completed my Sports Coaching and Development BA Hons degree in the UK whilst training people at the local gym.  I used the degree to become a PE teacher, but that soon changed when I moved to New Zealand.

I have an extensive knowledge in exercise and fitness and I know what it takes to push you to reach higher than you thought you could. 

I offer 1-to-1 training, group training, boot camps, personal programmes, nutrition guides and plans. These will all help you achieve your goals in fitness.

James is based on Auckland's North Shore, but can come to you for individual, tailored sessions and for groups of up to 4
