Hi, I'm James. I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years since moving to New Zealand from the UK. I currently workout out of AUT Millennium Gym on the North Shore in Auckland. I have always been interested in sport and fitness and, having played a wide range of sports as a child, it therefore led me down the path of using fitness as a career. I completed my Sports Coaching and Development BA Hons degree in the UK whilst training people at the local gym. I used the degree to become a PE teacher, but that soon changed when I moved to New Zealand. I have an extensive knowledge in exercise and fitness and I know what it takes to push you to reach higher than you thought you could. I offer 1-to-1 training, group training, boot camps, personal programmes, nutrition guides and plans. These will all help you achieve your goals in fitness. |
